Josefina’s Letter

CEO of Safe Passages Josefina Alvarado Mena writes a monthly blog series titled “Josefina’s Letter” to help raise awareness of the work we do at Safe Passages and to encourage Oakland residents to become more involved. The blog also serves to create a space for the public to learn more about the history behind these issues, start a dialogue, and boost awareness of opportunities to create positive change for the families we serve.
